At Emesup, the safety and well-being of individuals—especially children—is our top priority. Emesup maintains a strict, uncompromised zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form across our web platform, chatrooms, audio/video streams, and mobile applications.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Emesup strictly prohibits any behavior, content, or communication that facilitates, depicts, promotes, or solicits child sexual abuse or exploitation. This zero-tolerance policy applies to all users, guest participants, live audio/video broadcasters, and text chatrooms on Emesup.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Sharing, uploading, soliciting, storing, or transmitting images, videos, audio, or text depicting or suggesting child sexual exploitation, including real, fictional, or AI-generated/synthetic media.
Online Grooming: Contacting, communicating with, or attempting to establish relationships with minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation, abuse, or illicit arrangements.
Sexualization of Minors: Any content or conversation that objectifies, sexualizes, or exposes minors to sexually explicit material.
Child Trafficking & Harassment: Facilitating, organizing, or engaging in child trafficking, extortion, or sexual coercion.
2. Age Restrictions
Emesup is an adult social and chat platform strictly reserved for individuals 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Minors (anyone under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from registering, logging in, or using Emesup services.
Any account identified as belonging to or operated by a minor will be immediately and permanently banned, and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our safety protocols.
3. Detection, Moderation, and Prevention
To keep our chatrooms and live features safe, Emesup utilizes a multi-layered moderation system to prevent, detect, and neutralize CSAE threats:
Automated Screening & Monitoring: Automated tools and keyword filters monitor public text channels, profiles, and media uploads for flags indicating potential CSAE content or underage usage.
Real-Time Human Moderation: Our Trust & Safety team conducts active oversight across public chatrooms, streams, and flagged interactions.
Prioritized Action: Any safety signal or report linked to CSAE/CSAM is automatically elevated to top-priority status for instant review and intervention.
4. Enforcement & Reporting to Authorities
When a violation or suspected instance of CSAE is detected on Emesup:
Immediate Termination: The offending account and all associated IP addresses will be immediately suspended and permanently banned without warning.
Content Removal: The flagged material, message, or stream will be taken down instantly.
Law Enforcement Escalation: Emesup complies with global child protection regulations. Confirmed or suspected instances of CSAM/CSAE will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies (such as local law enforcement authorities) and international child protection clearinghouses, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Evidence Preservation: Relevant server logs, communication histories, and account details will be securely preserved to assist law enforcement investigations.
